How much do photography services cost?
Pricing is primarily determined by two key factors:

How long does a typical photoshoot take?
The duration of a photoshoot can range anywhere from 1-2 hours to 4-6 hours. Other factors such as how many features/views a property may have, the size of the property and packages chosen also play a factor.
That being said, a one-bedroom apartment might seem like a quick job, but I really believe every place, no matter the size, deserves a thoughtful approach. The extra time I spend is all about the details that make a difference—I'm talking about styling a bedside table, repositioning a rug, and making sure every single angle looks amazing. My goal is to deliver a gallery of stunning photos that truly capture what makes your place special, not just a few quick snaps. This is why the duration of photoshoots can range anywhere from 1-2 hours to 4-6 hours.

When will I receive my photos?
I know you're eager to get your listing live!
My standard turnaround time is typically 2 days to a week from the date of the photoshoot. This window allows me to review and professionally edit every image, ensuring each one is polished to perfection and ready to make your property shine.
As soon as your final gallery is complete, I’ll send you a link to a private online gallery where you can easily view and download your high-resolution images.

How should I prepare my property for the shoot?
Preparation is key to a successful photoshoot! I provide a detailed checklist to all my clients before the session on how to best represent your property for the shoot. Key steps include thoroughly cleaning and decluttering all rooms, making beds, removing personal items and tidying up outdoor spaces. The goal is to make the space look as inviting and clean as possible.

What happens if the weather is bad on the day of my shoot?
I will be in touch with you in the days leading up to the shoot to monitor the weather. If the conditions are unfavorable for exterior/interior shots, I can reschedule the shoot at no additional cost.

To book in a photoshoot you can contact me directly through my ‘Contact Me’ page where I will then ask you to provide some details about your property, your desired services, and your preferred dates. I will then contact you to confirm the appointment.
