The duration of a photoshoot can range anywhere from 1-2 hours to 4-6 hours. Other factors such as how many features/views a property may have, the size of the property and packages chosen also play a factor.

That being said, a one-bedroom apartment might seem like a quick job, but I really believe every place, no matter the size, deserves a thoughtful approach. The extra time I spend is all about the details that make a difference—I'm talking about styling a bedside table, repositioning a rug, and making sure every single angle looks amazing. My goal is to deliver a gallery of stunning photos that truly capture what makes your place special, not just a few quick snaps. My standard turnaround time is typically 2 days to a week from the date of the photoshoot. This window allows me to review and professionally edit every image, ensuring each one is polished to perfection and ready to make your property shine.

As soon as your final gallery is complete, I’ll send you a link to a private online gallery where you can easily view and download your high-resolution images.

Preparation is key to a successful photoshoot! I provide a detailed checklist to all my clients before the session on how to best represent your property for the shoot. Key steps include thoroughly cleaning and decluttering all rooms, making beds, removing personal items and tidying up outdoor spaces. The goal is to make the space look as inviting and clean as possible.

I will be in touch with you in the days leading up to the shoot to monitor the weather. If the conditions are unfavorable for exterior/interior shots, I can reschedule the shoot at no additional cost.
